Our congratulations to Heidi Brown, MD, MAS, of the UW Ob-Gyn Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery! Brown has been promoted to Associate Professor (tenure track). The promotion will be effective July 1, 2022.
Since joining the UW Department of Ob-Gyn in 2013, Brown has earned an impressive reputation in research and scholarship. Just a few of her incredible recent accomplishments: she earned an NIH R01 grant for the project “Tailoring Online Continence Promotion for Women”; her Mind Over Matter: Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder program has received multiple honors, including eligibility for federal Title III-D funding for community implementation; she co-edited the book “Challenges in Older Women’s Health: A Guide for Clinicians”; and much more.
