After many years of dedicated effort, UnityPoint Health-Meriter Hospital and the UW School of Medicine and Public Health have reached an EHR Access Agreement to provision access to Meriter’s EpicCare Link for research and quality improvement.
SMPH staff, students, and providers should reach out to Ryan Moze or Jack Talaska with any questions about the process for requesting EpicCare Link access. They will provide the necessary forms and assist in collaborating with Meriter’s Regional Privacy Officer, Sarah Cable, for approval. Please contact David Berry (Meriter Regional Compliance Officer) or Sarah Cable with any other questions or concerns.
