Lick transitions to new role in Urgent Care

Jay Lick, DO, of the UW Ob-Gyn Division of Academic Specialists in Ob-Gyn, has made the decision to transition to full time work in UW Health Urgent Care, beginning April 2022. Please join us in thanking Dr. Lick for his many years of dedicated service in UW Ob-Gyn and wishing him the best in this new role!

Lick joined the UW Department of Ob-Gyn in 2009. During his time in the department, he has been a champion of transgender health care services and a beloved educator. Many classes of residents have benefitted from his mentorship, and he has received the CREOG National Faculty Teaching Award, the John M. Anderson Award and the Dr. Sabine Droste Outstanding Teacher Award over the last few years.

Thankfully, we will still see Dr. Lick around Labor & Delivery from time to time. Congratulations, and you will be missed!
