We’re all balancing so many inputs throughout our days, and bouncing from meeting to meeting to task and back to meeting…it’s a lot. A moment of centering can help us focus on the present moment and approach our days with clear minds.
Whether you need a minute to calm your mind, or would like to start a meeting out with a group focusing activity, you may want to consider a centering exercise like this one: 12 breaths to ground yourself in the present.
