The Annual Benefit Enrollment period for UW employees runs through October 21, 2022. The Annual Benefits Enrollment (ABE) period is an annual opportunity for eligible employees to enroll in or make changes to most benefit plans for the upcoming calendar year. This is the only time you are eligible to make changes unless you have a qualifying life event, such as a family or employment change.
The UWSMPH Payroll and Benefits team will hold open sessions onsite at the Health and Science Learning Center (HSLC) 2-3 times each week throughout the open enrollment period to help employee enroll in their benefits! Employees are welcome to bring their computers to the HSLC (room location listed for each day in this calendar) and benefits specialists can guide them through the self-service portal in the MyUW where all these ABE elections are made.
