Effective immediately, no flights booked outside of CorpTrav will be reimbursed on the UW Health side, and they cannot be reimbursed by the UW.
Both now have their tools, and require usage of those tools. If you have a flight booked outside of one of these at the moment, let Jonie Bonfield know immediately (jbonfield@wisc.edu).
Flights for travel-
UW HEALTH:
You must book your flight using CORP TRAV via Oracle.
ONLY use your personal card for payment. It should be in your profile, and you should actively choose it when it comes time to pay for the flight.
UW-MADISON:
You must book your flight using either Concur or contacting an agent at Travel Inc.
If you have questions, need assistance, or would like Jonie to book your flights, ask her anytime.
